HIGHLANDERS coach Mkhupali Masuku believes there is nothing special about Shabanie Mine. The two teams clash at BF on Sunday. Bosso ' one of the favourites to lead the Castle Lager title race ' are ready to collect their first three points. If Highlanders form towards the end of the season is anything to go by, they could as well end the drought for a league championship this year. Bosso ended last season third behind champions Motor Action and Dynamos.
Masuku said: "There is really nothing special about Shabanie Mine. We have prepared well for the league and I'm glad we are now starting. Shabanie are a good side. But as I said there is nothing special that we can see in them. We will play our normal game and there is no key player in our team. We play as a team."
On Sunday Highlanders begins life without the Ngodzo brothers, Joel and Zephaniah. The two joined newboys FC Platinum during off-season. Other key players also left the club. Highlanders have since recruited a number of new players like Vincent Nzombe and Njabulo Ncube. Masuku believes will carry the giants.
"Yes, those are the guys that we have just added to our team but nothing much has changed in our approach. "All the players are okay, there are no injury worries. We are ready for our first game on Sunday," said Masuku.
