LONG-time Highlanders benefactor Tshinga Dube says he has already identified a 26-seater bus from Dubai while Nyaradzo Funeral Services have confirmed that a luxury coach for Bosso will arrive in the country in a fortnight's time.
The Chronicle reports that Dube, who was given $20,000 cash by Highlanders from the Bob89 Super Cup proceeds last year, said the bus has been identified but there was a need for an extra $20,000.
"The kind of bus that the club wants costs much more than what they gave me. So I opted to return the money but they said I should keep it as they will look for the difference.
"I had promised to assist in that regard but I have not been able to raise that kind of money," said Dube who has on countless occasions bailed out the financially unsound football giants.
Dube said if Highlanders was also finding it difficult to raise the difference they would rather ask for the money back so as to service other critical areas.
"It takes just 24 hours to withdraw the money and give them," he said.
Meanwhile, the funeral services provider's managing director Webster Chikengezha said that a luxury coach for Bosso will arrive in the country in a fortnight's time.
"I am expecting the next two buses for Dynamos and Highlanders to cross our border from South Africa in the next 14 days. The buses will become the two clubs' permanent property," said Chikengezha, whose company has also been providing free buses for the two teams' supporters for away games.
He added: "The buses are identical, the branding will be done here with the two teams' colours. As Nyaradzo we are only purchasing the buses while the clubs have to employ their own drivers."
