SPORTS apparel company, Adidas will unveil the Highlanders kit for the 2014 Premier Soccer League season in the city on Tuesday.
The 2013 league runners-up signed the deal worth thousands of dollars with the global sportswear giant last year resulting in 2 500 replicas released onto the local market.
The club's sponsor BancABC facilitated the deal along with that of Dynamos and Black Mambas. The deal started off last year.
Edzai Kasinauyo of Esport, a sports consultancy firm, confirmed the handover would be done in the city on Tuesday at a local hotel but declined to shed more details.
Under the terms of the agreement concluded last year, Adidas South Africa will supply replica shirts to be sold at selected shops and during games with the clubs entitled to about seven percent for each unit sold.
Each shirt was retailing at $50, when they were introduced last year but the price went down to $40 by year end.
Adidas are now the official suppliers of training and match kits and other related apparel for the club.
The price of last year's jersey could go down as the jersey to be unveiled on Tuesday will not be the same as last year's shirt although the changes are minor.
