Highlanders head coach Kelvin Kaindu is hoping Bosso will bag their first set of three points after being held to a 0-0 draw by Chapungu last weekend at Ascot Stadium.
Kaindu's charges host Shabanie Mine in a tricky encounter at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday.
However Bosso's hopes come as their opponents, Shabanie Mine, will also be looking to maintain the good form that saw them easing to a comfortable 3-1 win against Triangle last weekend.
In what promises to be among one of the weekend's most exciting contests, Harare City clash with Caps United at Rufaro Stadium on Saturday.
The Sunshine Boy's are hoping to bounce back from a 3-0 drubbing at the hands of Chicken Inn, while Caps United will be hoping for three points after drawing 1-1 with ZPC Kariba in their league opener last Sunday.
In another potential thriller, Chiredzi FC clash with Triangle at Gibbo Stadium.
Moses Chunga's Chiredzi FC will be looking to build from their encouraging 1-1 draw with FC Platinum, while Triangle will be hoping for better fortunes after crashing to a 3-0 defeat to Shabanie Mine.
