Bongani Mafu finally fired by Highlanders FC

Highlanders Football Club head coach Bongani Mafu has been fired.

The announcement was made today by Highlanders board chair Peter Dube at the club offices.

Mafu was fired together with his technical team of Mandla Mpofu, goalkeeping legend, Peter Nkomo and Netsai Moyo.

Dube says the sacking of Mafu is in the best interest of the club.

Bosso has replaced Mafu with Cosmas Zulu who will be assisted by Amini Soma Phiri.

Radio personality, Ezra Sibanda described the changes as pure comedy and called on the executive to be fired.
