HIGHLANDERS FC new coach Elroy Akbay who arrived in Bulawayo yesterday will have his first semi-competitive game on Sunday in a four team tournament.
Highlanders is taking part in the tourney with Hwange, Tsholotsho and How Mine on Sunday at Barboufields Stadium.
Addressing the media on Tuesday, Akbay said he was not aware of any players at the club and Zimbabwe in general.
He said he would require three months to know the players.
"Highlanders is a big club. What I want to give to Highlanders is very good football.
"I hope that with the team I will be working with, we will get what we want this year. Normally, when you start with a new team it will take you three months to see what you want. After three months, the team will be ready."
