'Shave or ship out' - Coach orders footballers with dreadlocks

Bulawayo City FC head coach - Philani Ncube has read a riot act to all dreadlocked players in his squad.
Ncube ordered all dreadlocked players to shave or ship out.
Gilbert Banda, was the target and has opted to leave to club.
Banda has been trying his luck at the team and seemed to have made the grade.
However, Phiri had one requirement for Banda.
Cut your dreadlocks.
Said Banda, "I decided it was in the interest of both parties to part ways after a misunderstanding with the coach".
"He did ask me to cut my dreadlocks and I did not agree to that.
"But the reason why I did not impress the technical team can best explained by the coach,'.
However, Ncube fumed when contacted for comment.
"Who told you that? is it Gilbert? Phone him first and he will tell you what happened. I do not know what you are taking about,".
Ironically, cube coached Banda at How Nine in 2014.
