Only a miracle could land Highlanders the title - Akbay

Highlanders players could not handle the pressure of being tipped as premiership title favourites hence a shock defeat to Tsholotsho last Sunday, coach Erol Akbay has said.
The defeat saw Highlanders drop to third place behind FC Platinum and table toppers CAPS United.
Only two round of games are remaining.
Akbay said only a miracle could land him the title.
"Of course there was too much pressure on the players because of that strong feeling that they could possibly be champions" he said.
"We had picked form and in such circumstances so many things will be going through their minds. It's not easy at this stage of the season because of those lingering expectations.
"Now, about the title, I won't think we can do so because we are now four points behind CAPS United with just two games remaining.
"That would mean CAPS United will have to drop points in their last two matches. But with the way they have been playing of late, I don't see that happening. CAPS United have the advantage".
