Zimbabwean born Britain boxer, Derek Chisora, will fight unbeaten US heavyweight Malik Scott on 20 July at London's Wembley arena.
Chisora (29) had originally been due to face Scott's compatriot Deontay Wilder, but the bout was cancelled as Wilder is unable to travel to the UK.
Wilder's replacement, Scott (32) has won 35 and drawn one of his 36 professional contests.
Chisora has won 16 out of 20 fights, but has lost four of his last six, with defeats against Tyson Fury, Robert Helenius, Vitali Klitschko and David Haye.
