The city of Durban, South Africa, has been confirmed as the first African city to host the Commonwealth Games.
Durban will host the 22nd edition of the Commonwealth Games, where all 71 member territories from the Commonwealth of Nations are expected to be competed.
The historic announcement was made in Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday.
