Mugabe international soccer tourney planned

A Robert Gabriel Mugabe invitational football tournament pitting African
and Asian countries is being worked out for next year, Zifa president
Phillip Chiyangwa has revealed.
Mugabe turns 93 in February.
Chiyangwa, who was recently appointed Fifa secretary general for Anglophone countries said he would take advantage of his post to make the tournament a reality.
Liberian Football Association president Musa Bility chairs the group.
Chiyangwa disclosed the tournament's plans to journalist's today (Wednesday).
"Next year there is a possibility of a Robert Gabriel Mugabe invitational tournament where we have got the local (African countries) against the Asia countries.
"Because of my recent election to the status of Anglo-Phone federations secretary general, it gives me the wider touch to get the teams that I want in the Asian football federation.
"We want to make this a reality next year" he said.
