Mushure's dream shattered

OCEAN Mushure's dream of making a move to the ABSA Premiership this transfer window is in shambles after he aggravated his knee injury at Sam Nujoma Stadium in Warriors colours.
Mushure attracted a lot of interest at the recent Cosafa Castle Cup won by Zimbabwe in South Africa.
He missed the second leg against Namibia as a result of that injury on Sunday.
And H-Metro understands that has derailed his chances of getting a short term deal from a club in South Africa.
"After this game (yesterday's game), there is a big chance he could have received an official offer depending on Dynamos position. But now with the injury, it complicates things.
"There are four players that attracted real interest at Cosafa and that include him, Ovidy Karuru, Talent Chawapiwa and Gerald Takwara. It means he (Ocean) has missed his chance in the short term," said the source.
The Dynamos captain is arguably one of the best left back players in the country but has failed to make the move to foreign clubs for varying reasons.
On Wednesday Dynamos take on FC Platinum without their captain and it is not clear for how long he will be on the sidelines.
