Re: Notice of Termination
Dear Sir,
I refer to my previous notifications dated 19 February 2018, 20 March 2018 and 27 March 2018.
Since no payment has been received on the bank account indicated by me in my previous notifications, since I have not been provided with the requested documentation (work permit & medical insurance) and since I have not been provided with suitable accommodation, I herewith wish to notify you that by means of this letter I am terminating the employment contract concluded with Dynamos Football Club.
I reserve my right to file a claim for breach of contract against you in front of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber.
