DYNAMOS have released a preliminary list of players expected to make their squad in the coming season.
The Harare Giants have since begun their pre-season training with former stars Edward Sadomba, Archford Gutu and Munyaradzi Diya all part of the 25-man squad.
With selection still underway, Dynamos Manager Richard Chihoro said there is still room for more players.
Chihoro also confirmed to H-Metro that not all of the players on the list have signed contracts for the Glamour Boys and some could yet be dropped when the official list of players is announced in the coming week.
"We are still going to sign other players; we are not yet done with our ongoing assessments of the players who are hoping to be part of Dynamos.
"Yes there is a list of players who have been selected but some have not yet signed contracts – the process is still ongoing," he said.
Most of the players are relatively unknown as Chigowe makes true his promise to overhaul the players at the club with new faces.
Midfielder Justice Majabvi also bounces back but a huge number of players are still vying for the remaining places.
"Maybe by Saturday (tomorrow) we will have a substantive list of players as the trials continue, then we remain with a few players.
"As many as 70 players are training with us so probably in the coming week we will have an official list of players for the season," he added.
Dynamos coach Lloyd believes they are selecting a competitive squad but urges patience.
"To the Dynamos family I would like to assure them that we are working diligently to assemble a strong and competitive side given that there has been a mass exodus of players at Dynamos some for reasons technical and some reasons beyond our control.
"We are assembling a squad of talented footballers namely youngsters we spice it up with experience.
"Probably we know the expectations of the millions of Dynamos supporters that we should win the championship but if I were to say that will be fully hard in the sense that if you are rebuilding you are competing against teams that have had their squads for three seasons or more.
"We will be competitive, we will try to strive to be up there with the best and God willing we might fight to be top but we are appealing for patience," Chigowe said.
The list of players consists of, goalkeepers Simbarashe Chinani, Mukudzei Svibonde, Munyaradzi Diya, defenders Tiney Zvimbewu, Godfrey Mukambi, Silvesta Matuzvatuzva, Misheck Kondoyawa, Dzinganai Demwe, Jimmy Togere, midfielders Archford Gutu, Femberai Gonyerimwe, Majabvi Justice, Sundirai Masudzo, Tawanzirwa Kudungu, Sundirai Jacob Mazvarirembwa, Tafara Sorojena, Sakurai Chigowe, Zororai Fukurai, Fungserk Mweyanju (Malawian), Lungu Jaison (Malawian) and forwards Edward Sadomba, Alson Machakwi, Valentine Kadonzvo, Alex Nhamomaoko
