South African Premier League club - Maritzburg United - continued their bid to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season by adding Zimbabwean striker to their squad.
Mandaza joins another former Dynamos player Cuthbert Malajila, who made an impressive start last season at the club.
Mandaza, who will be 28 in August, joins after being given a free transfer by Platinum Stars, where he has spent the past two seasons without much success. "I am aware that I arrived in the country with much expectation and am yet to deliver, and I am thankful that the club still have belief in me," Mandaza said.
"I am looking to repay the club with as many goals as I can score this season," said Mandaza on his new club's website.
Mandaza had high hopes when he joined the Rustenburg-based Dikwena last year from Botswana's Township Rollers, where he had spent the previous season scoring for fun.
He rattled the net 42 times in 33 games in all competitions in Botswana's Premier Soccer League in his last season, but apparently found the going tough in the ABSA Premiership, despite scoring on debut for Dikwena in a game against Amazulu.
He played for Zimbabwe in two World Cup qualifiers last month.
