Obadiah Tarumbwa will possibly snub Dynamos' bid to secure his services for this season following revelations that the striker still has to "iron out outstanding issues" with his previous club.
The former Highlanders striker is reported to be still sorting out issues to do with his outstanding salaries with his previous Cypriot club Apop Kinyras.
The striker is reportedly in South Africa and with the transfer closing at the end of this month, there is still a possibility of him finding a club in the Absa Premiership or the National First Divison.
He said he had agreed a pre-contract with Dynamos and had all his details submitted for registration with the Premier Soccer League (PSL).
Dynamos had been desperate to have the striker available, as the champions launch a tenacious bid to defend their league title.
Tarumbwa (26) was a free agent when Dynamos tried to lure him after being released by Cypriot club Apop Kinyras.
He has played for Highlanders, Cercle Brugge in Belgium and Bantu Rovers.
