Rushwaya engages another lawyer

Former ZIFA CEO Henrietta Rushwaya who was dumped by her legal counsel this Tuesday has engaged Mr Charles Chinyama as her new lawyer.
Rushwaya, who was allegedly the mastermind of the Asiagate scandal, is facing nine counts of corruptly concealing a transaction from a principal.
She is alleged to have organised international friendly matches and travelled with the Warriors to Asian countries without the approval of the ZIFA board.
The Zimbabwe national soccer team travelled to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Bulgaria among other countries in an alleged match-fixing scam.
However, Rushwaya is denying all the charges levelled against her.
Meanwhile, the case has been further postponed to the 19th of November.
