Chinyama in talks with Platinum Stars

Platinum Stars look the most likely destination for striker Takesure Chinyama after contractual talks with Bidvest Wits hit a snag. Since being offloaded by Orlando Pirates earlier this month Chinyama has been training with Wits and appeared to have done enough to win himself a contract but the latest information reaching KickOff.com is that the striker is now looking elsewhere.

KickOff.com has found out that Stars now lead a host of clubs which include Mpumalanga Black Aces and Moroka Swallows now sniffing around for the services of Chinyama. However, it appears Dikwena have the edge at the moment as they go all out to sign the 30 year-old and if a deal is agreed upon by all parties he should be signed this week.

And Aces have also confirmed the signing of Malawian defender Lucky Malata. Malata was part of the Aces team on Saturday that took part in a four team preseason tournament at BidVest Stadium. It seems that he did enough in that tournament to convince Clive Barker and his technical team to sign him.
