The Zimbabwe national soccer team returned from Mauritius yesterday evening (Tuesday) with Warriors Assistant Coach Callisto Pasuwa delighted with Zimbabwe's 3-nil victory over the Indian Ocean Islanders.
The Warriors were welcomed by a small band of supporters at the Harare International Airport.
Pasuwa expressed satisfaction with Zimbabwe's performance despite the conditions in Mauritius.
With Zimbabwe set to host Mauritius in the CHAN return leg this weekend, Pasuwa said the technical department will make few changes to the squad that travelled to Mauritius.
Zimbabwe clash with the Indian Ocean Islanders this Sunday at the National Sports Stadium.
The Warriors who carry a comfortable 3-nil lead heading into the second leg will be looking to steer into the final qualifying round where they will meet the winner between Zambia and Botswana.
Botswana and Zambia played out a 1-all draw in the first leg.
