Chicken Inn forward Kudakwashe Mahachi insists that if his move to Mamelodi Sundowns fails, he will be moving to Highlanders rather than Dynamos despite their intense interest.
The 2013 soccer star second runner-up, who is currently in camp with Warriors team in Harare on Tuesday told Soccer24 that reports linking him to Dynamos are not true.
"I don't know where this is coming from said Mahachi in a telephone interview, I am currently in the Warriors camp right now in our room with my Chicken Inn teammate Danny Phiri, those reports are lies."
"The Sundowns move is still alive but if that does not work out I am joining Highlanders only if Kaindu is at the club, I have already spoken to (him) Kaindu and he wants me' he is quoted saying.
Mahachi says Dynamos will be greatly disappointed because he does not want to join them as his mind is made up.
"People are going to be disappointed if they think I am coming there", said Mahachi.
On Monday, Sundowns officials were expected to make contact with Mahachi's parent club Bantu Rovers on a possible offer for the player and are still expected to give their final position this week.
