Zimbabwe has agreed to host the 2014 Cosafa Castle Cup for the second time in three editions, supersport.com reported.
Cosafa asked Zimbabwe in October 2013 if it could again host the tournament and Zifa agreed to the offer.
Zifa chief executive officer Jonathan Mashingaidze said: "when Cosafa approached us we did not hesitate to accept the offer. We will host this tournament with dignity like we did in the past."
He said Cosafa needed government guarantee which they got.
"We have all the infrastructure needed. We are happy we have the full backing of our government and we believe the new Sports Ministry will come in hand like they have promised us," said Mashingaidze.
Rufaro Stadium and Barbourfields hosted games in the 2009 edition which Zimbabwe won.
The dates for the 2014 tournament are yet to be set.
