FC Platinum are the 2014 Chibuku Super Cup champions after defeating Harare City 3-1 on penalties at Mandava Stadium in Zvishavane.
The Zvishavane side fought back to cancel out a Harare City lead in the 90th minute of regulation time to force extra-time and eventually a penalty shoot-out that ended in their favour.
FC Platinum walked away with a $75 000 prize money at stake, while the runners-up pocketed $50 000.
FC Platinum have already cemented a top four premiership finish to ensure qualification into the Mbada Diamonds Cup and are now in contention for a memorable season if they win a second trophy this season.
