Dynamos settle for Rufaro

Harare giants Dynamos will this season return to the ceremonial home of football Rufaro stadium for all their home matches.
After spending the better part of the 2014 season shuttling between Rufaro and the National Sports Stadium in search of home, DeMbare have settled for the ceremonial home of football.
The Glamour Boys chairman Kenny Mubaiwa made the revelations.
"For us Rufaro stadium is home and it's the traditional home of football. We cannot consider the National Sports Stadium as being home and for that reason we will return to Rufaro because of its several meanings to Dynamos. Unless directed otherwise, 2015 we will be using Rufaro stadium," said Mubaiwa.
While the pronouncement may come as a relief for the many supporters of the blue and white side whose nickname DeMbare is drawn from the high density suburb of Mbare, critical questions will arise on the safety of the team's players.
Last season DeMbare's biggest signing Masimba Mambare missed almost the entire season due to an injury sustained in the artificial turf during an early season kick off tournament.
The stadium which was condemned by CAF as failing to meet international standards was recommended for a facelift, but nothing has happened since 2013.
