Dembare, FC Platinum though to Uhuru Cup final

Dynamos and FC Platinum have booked a berth in the Independence Cup final after defeating ZPC Kariba and Caps United respectively in matches played today.

At Rufaro Stadium in Harare, Dynamos handed ZPC Kariba revenge after goals from Blessing Moyo and Obey Mwerahari ensured a 2-nil victory to the Glamour Boys, who lost both of their league matches last season to the same opponents.

At Mandava Stadium in Zvishavane, FC Platinum emerged victorious, beating Caps United 6-5 on penalties after the match had ended in a goalless draw.
