An analyst Bekezela Fuzwaya has said for the football fraternity to move from former Zimbabwe Football Association Chairman Cuthbert Dube to the flamboyant businessman Philip Chiyangwa is likely to cause more problems for the soccer governing board that what it was during Dube's time

"How can we move from Cuthbert Dube to Philip Chiyangwa? It's an obvious 5 steps forward and 10 back. Who in Zimbabwe can stand up and say they don't know that Chiyangwa is a business opportunist," he said.

"Everything he does he does for money. The ZANU PF supporters in Chinhoyi gave a clear message about him, leave him alone."

Fuzwayo said these ZIFA councillors will be bribed exactly the Cuthbert way and giving him the position.

"These are the people behind the death of football in Zimbabwe because of their corruption. Please don't bring Chiyangwa into Football. He is OK where he is going around the country with the First Lady campaigning for the G40. We don't want to miss the drama of someone going into bed bed with shoes on in 2018 after the elections because our main actor will have bribed his way into ZIFA, no please," he said.

Chiyangwa is being touted as one of the people vying for the post and the elections are set for December.
