Premier league champions Chicken Inn will take on Caps United.
All games will be played at Barbourfields on the 5th and 6th of December.
The draw was conducted today.
Winners are set to win a cool $80 000.
The losing finalists will receive $50 000 while the losing semi-finalists are already assured of a $30 000 cheque each.
