Highlanders' hitman and 2015 Castle Lager Castle lager Soccer star finalist Knox Mutizwa is on his way to South African Bidvets Wits side.

Mutizwa who was selected among the top 11 soccer stars today is off for a four day trial.

The news is likely to send shock waves among Bosso fans.

Mutizwa grabbed the golden boot with 14 goals from 17 games.

"Nkox is definitely on his way of Bosso. He is heading to South Africa and chances are high he will secure a deal" said the source.

In August, Mutizwa was left with three months on his contract.

He was linked with a move to  Sweden as a free agent. Contract negotiations between Bosso  and the player broke down at the time as the club failed to meet some of the player's demands, which include, among other things, assisting him complete the construction of his Gwabalanda house.

He said at the time, "I've not extended my contract with Highlanders because of what they are offering me. I have told them what I want, but they seem not keen to honour that and I have since decided not to extend my contract," said Mutizwa.

"I have been loyal to the club, but they have failed to even pay me my signing on fees since I got into the first team. I will, however, continue playing for them if I fail to get a team outside the country. I will not play for any local team besides Highlanders.

"I could have gone to Sweden during this international transfer window".
