Chicken Inn league winning coach Joey Antipas has reported  declined to take over as Warriors top man.

On Thursday evening, Zifa boss Phillip Chiyangwa sacked Kalisto Pasuwa and immediately replaced him with Antipas.

He was fired with the entire technical staff, after they demanded the association settles their dues.

The technical team and players, who were preparing for the Chan finals, to be played in Rwanda next year, also demanded allowances for their time in camp, which started this week.

The usually reliable Dembare.Com posted early this morning :

"Chicken Inn head coach Joey Antipas has declined the offer to lead the Warriors on an interim basis.

"Norman Mapeza had earlier turned down the offer to replace Kallisto Pasuwa before the announcement that Mafero was going to take over

With Chicken Inn playing games early next year Chicken Inn would have to prepare without Antipas had he accepted the Warriors offer".

The squad has been in camp since Monday and they had their normal training sessions yesterday in the morning and afternoon.
