DYNAMOS FC coach Paulo Jorge Silva is alarmed with gross indiscipline in the club saying he has never seen such in 43 years.
Silva said players will have to adapt to his strict standards of professionalism, on and off the pitch, or look for a job elsewhere.
"The first two weeks I can tell you it was very bad. I have 43 years and I have never seen this in my life.
"But every time we have got to improve and I believe if you work with new people, by the end of one month a person starts to have discipline," said Silva.
"It's like this, if you get a coach from outside it's not the coach who needs to adapt to you. You need adapt to the coach.
However, Silva was involved in a dressing room bust-up with goalkeepers coach Gift Muzadzi over the selection of goalminders before their friendly matches against ZRP FC and WhaWha at Rufaro Stadium yesterday.
The two had a verbal spat, which nearly degenerated to a fist fight, before club secretary-general Webster Chikengezha intervened to cool down tempers.
After their clash, Silva demanded Muzadzi leave the dressing room and also barred him from the bench.
