Dynamos winger Valentine Ndaba is recovering in hospital after he was involved in a car accident on Monday evening in Harare.

Ndaba was admitted at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals with a nasty shoulder dislocation after his vehicle collided with a SUV along Borrowdale Road a day after he had starred in the Harare derby against CAPS United.

Although DeMbare lost 1-0 to their bitter rivals, Ndaba had an outstanding game for the Glamour Boys.

The DeMbare players and technical staff yesterday afternoon visited the former Shabanie Mine and Highlanders midfielder.

Club president Kenni Mubaiwa wished the player a speedy recovery.

"He was involved in an accident but his condition is stable," Mubaiwa told the Daily News.

"We are still to get finer details on what caused the accident. We wish him a speedy recovery."

Ndaba's injury is with no doubt a huge blow to the struggling Harare giants, who have only won once this season after four games.

Dynamos have collected only four points which has piled more pressure on Portuguese coach Paulo Jorge Silva and his technical staff.

Silva is living on borrowed time after he was handed an ultimatum to win three matches. He has however, failed the test after that defeat to CAPS on Sunday.

The Dynamos executive insists Silva's fate will be decided after this weekend's match against Hwange.
