HIGHLANDERS welcome How Mine in a Castle Lager PSL derby that has all the potential of a thriller at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday.

Bosso return to their ceremonial home still brimming with confidence after finally smashing their 10-year league jinx against former champions and bitter rivals Dynamos just before the international break.

Highlanders beat Dynamos 2-0 at Rufaro Stadium, with in-form youngster Prince Dube scoring arguably his most treasured goal in his debut season in the topflight.

Bosso come up against a side they clobbered 5-1 in their previous encounter on August 16, 2015, at the same venue, but Sunday's tie will be a different ball game as both teams have undergone a number of changes.

How Mine have a new coach, Zambian Kelvin Kaindu, a shrewd tactician, who is quick to read games, and Bosso are now under Dutchman Erol Akbay, who has blooded in some exciting youngsters into the team.

The two teams have so far had contrasting fortunes, with Highlanders enjoying a terrific away record that has seen them scoring 12 goals. Their home record has been awful, as they have only won just one game against Chapungu.

How Mine's home record has been superb, recording three wins, but their travels are yet to yield victory. Will How Mine register their first win on the road or Highlanders will secure a second home win?

However, Highlanders will be without Bruce Kangwa and King Nadolo, who are away with the Warriors at the Cosafa Cup in Namibia. How Mine will also be without Bernard Donovan, who is also in Namibia, although he has not seen action since the arrival of Kaindu.

The two sides have met six times in the league since 2013 and have each won, drawn and lost twice.
