Resurgent Dynamos is in a quandary over caretaker coach Lloyd Mutasa.

When Mutasa was roped in to take over from sacked Portuguese gaffer Paulo Silva he was given a five game ultimatum to win all the games to guarantee his continued stay.

His probation ended last Sunday by registering Dembare's first home win against Ngezi Platinum. It was the first time that Dynamos had scored in league action at home.

Within the five games he collected nine out of a possible 15 points.

The club has extended his probation saying they need more time to make a decision whether or not the gaffer will be handed the job substantively.

DeMbare president Kenny Mubaiwa said "We are still to discuss the way forward regarding our coach, but I can say we are still considering his performance and future at the club.

"It is a process which doesn't just end with the first five games he has been in charge.

"We are still reviewing his performance.

"But we have told him to concentrate on winning matches in every game and not to look at the five games that we had talked about because that will end up confusing him.

"He should just carry on with his duties, concentrate and we will come up with a firm position as the executive after we meet."
