Chicken Inn made lightweight of neighbours Highlanders by posting an emphatic two nil victory at Barbourfields Stadium.
Former Bosso striker Obadiah Tarumbwa silenced Highlanders fans with a goal after 27 minutes.
Veteran player Clement Matawu sealed the victory in the 89th minute.
The win cemented Chicken Inn dominance over Bosso.
Their only loss to Highlanders in a league encounter was in the first ever meeting between the two teams in May 2011 when Bosso triumphed 2-1 at Luveve Stadium.
Since then, the best Bosso could get against the Gamecocks were draws.
Last season, Chicken Inn took six points from Highlanders with a 2-1 triumph followed up by a 3-2 victory in matches played at Barbourfields Stadium.
