Highlanders is an ordinary team-, says Rahman Gumbo

Chicken Inn coach Rahman Gumbo reckons that  Highlanders is just an ordinary team that can easily be beaten.

Gumbo says once Bosso's supporters are silenced the players struggle to reach top gear.

Chicken Inn beat Bosso two nil on Sunday.

"Our strategy was simple; to silence their 12th player. We knew that if we eliminate supporters, they become an ordinary side.

"We silenced their supporters by maintaining possession and forcing them to look for the ball" Gumbo told reporters soon after the game.

It was indeed a bad day in office for Highlanders as they watched haplessly the entire match Chicken Inn dominate the exchanges in all the departments.

Bosso's Bruce Kangwa, Simon Munawa, Benson Phiri, Honest Moyo, striker Kasimero Chimbadzwa among others were all reduced to passengers.

Frustration reached its peak for Highlanders head coach Erol Akbay when he was sent off and ordered to go to the stands after pushing a Chicken Inn player he felt was wasting time.
