Highlanders FC have scoffed at an offer of $15 000 for their priced and prized forward Bruce Kangwa.
Simba SC of Tanzania have had the player on their wish list for sometime now.
With the help of Harare-based player agent George Deda, the Tanzanian side launched a charm offensive that Bosso says was uncouth.
"It is something that is being done behind our back," said Highlanders CEO Ndumiso Gumede.
Then came the monetary offer which Bosso feels is an insult.
"The figures mentioned are ridiculously low. We told the player to be very careful. Kangwa is worth more than $15 000," added Gumede.
Ex-Highlanders striker Knox Mutizwa was also said to be on the Simba SC radar but indications are that he opted for South African Premiership side Bidvest Wits.
Title contenders FC Platinum recently lost influential Zambian striker Obrey Chirwa to Tanzanian giants Young African Sports Club (YANGA).
Chirwa joined two former FC Platinum players Donald Ngoma and Thabani Kamusoko at YANGA last year and have both made an impact since moving to Dar es Salaam.
YANGA are believed to have paid just over $100 000 to land Chirwa's signature but their erstwhile rivals only intend to pay Bosso $15 000 for Kangwa.
