Stay away from Ascot Stadium, Highlanders told

Tempers are flying high between Chapungu and Highlanders over use of Ascot Stadium as training ground.

Both teams are due to clash on Saturday at Ascot Stadium.

However, it is understood that Highlanders intends to have last minute training session on Friday.

But Chapungu is adamant that title hopefuls won't use the facility.

Chapungu chairman Ackroid Moyo said, "We are not going to allow them to train there because where else have you heard such things happening.

"Have they allowed us to use Barbourfields during all these years. All we want is fair play and if they entertain any chances of training then they should use other venues which is not Ascot because it is ours," he said.
