There are reports that flamboyant Harare businessman Wicknell Chivayo has financially abandoned Warriors head coach Kalisto Pasuwa.
According reports, Pasuwa has gone for five months without pay.
Chivayo had pledged to bankroll Pasuwa for two years.
Pasuwa's salary is pegged at $7 000 per month.
"He has not been paid for the past five months.
"Things have not been good for him even though he is soldiering on. You wonder whether they are trying to frustrate him," a source close to the developments is quoted saying.
Chivayo has a string of unfulfilled promises to the Warriors and at times handpicking players whom he wants to pay.
Private run NewsDay suggested that Chivayo could be broke as his "business has been low for him and his workers have also been affected".
