Bulawayo is a place where one goes to eat ice-cream

ICE-CREAM ANALOGY...Bhekizulu Sibanda treats himself to an ice-creams as high temperatures continued to be felt in Bulawayo this afternoon.
On a different note, Sheila Sidambe, Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce Vice President, Matabeleland was quoted as saying, "On Tuesday I visited an embassy in Harare which I will not mention by name. My business there was outside the scope of ZNCC.
However, after concluding the business I enquired of the 1st Secretary, with whom I had the appointment, if their Ambassador was coming to Bulawayo to grace this occassion (Trade and Investment Conference hosted by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce at the Holiday Inn in Bulawayo today), to which he replied in the negative, adding that Bulawayo is a place where one goes only to eat ice-cream, implying that there is no business that one can indulge in here".
