According to the latest leaked iPhone5 "mold engineering drawings", next generation of iPhone is likely going to have a slightly larger screen, up from 3.5″ to 4″ in the same
form factor as the iPhone 4 (accomplished by having less room between the side bezels
of the device), as well as a metal chassis to make the device lighter
and improve antenna sensitivity.
The other thing that is expected in the iPhone 5 is the new dual-core A5 processor that's featured in the latest iPad 2, which was further fuelled by the discovery of references in iOS 4.3's kernel to the iPhone 5's codename.
