Mugabe discusses Telecel Zimbabwe licence in Russia

We see the Telecel Zimbabwe licence issue was raised as an agenda point during President Robert Mugabe's trip to Russia and an article appeared in one of the top circulating papers in Russia, Interfax.

This hopefully indicates that the President is taking the matter seriously to avoid putting a $4 billion deal at risk which will result in the loss of thousands of local jobs.
