Man kills rival over sex worker

A man from Umguza area is in trouble after he killed his rival following a quarrel over a sex worker.
Zibusiso Khumalo (23)was not asked to plead to murder when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tinashe Tashaya charged with murder.
The matter was further remanded pending its extradition to the High Court for trial.
The court was told that on October 10 2016 at Lot 1/15 Umguza the accused who was in the company of his friends who are still at large had a misunderstanding with the now deceased not stated in the court papers over a sex worker and ended up engaging into a fist fight.
Khumalo produced an Okapi knife and stabbed his victim on the chest. The now deceased ran away seeking help, collapsed and died.
