Zanu PF official assaulted during Mphoko meeting

ZANU-PF Bulawayo provincial youth chairperson Anna Mokgohloa has reportedly been assaulted by war veterans in the city.

According to leaked whatsapp communication between Zanu PF members seen by Bulawayo24.com today, Mokgohloa was beaten up during a provincial coordinating committee meeting called by vice president Phelekezela Mphoko today.

"Anna Mokgohloa chair badly assaulted by War Veterans," reads part of the chat.

"War vets declare that no PCC is to be held.. and have declared that they don't care who called it".

Another added "Cde Dennis Ndlovu Bulawayo chair is being guarded by not less than 8 police in riot gear... war vets want to "skin him alive" "Cde George Mlala the Prov Sec for Security declared that there war vets are fake and soon after has been badly assaulted by the war vets..".
