At a meeting to discuss the divorce in Ncube's office, Mahachi reportedly went ballistic and called his wife a b****.
He went on to spit on her twice, forcing lawyers to postpone discussions.

A witness said: "His relatives including his mother who were waiting at the reception joined in beating up the lawyer. A client who was waiting at the reception got caught in the crossfire and Ncube attacked him as well."
Ncube confirmed the attack saying Mahachi will appear in court on Thursday.
According to police records, Mahachi and his mother Chengetai Mahachi signed affidavits admitting the assaults and paid admission of guilt fines.
