Man sneaks out of bedroom to sleep with 15 year old maid

A Bulawayo man sneaked out of his bedroom leaving his wife fast asleep to sleep with their 15 year old maid in another room.
Khumbulani Tshuma could not resist her maid - Sibonokuhle Ngwenya who fell pregnant after he romp.
However, she was forced to abort the pregnancy by Tshuma.
It is alleged that Tshuma would frequently sneak out of his bedroom and headed towards the maids room.
The whole affair came to light when Ngwenya dragged Tshuma to court demanding maintenance for 'their three year old son.
However, Tshuma demanded a DNA test.
"Your worship, I was never informed about the child or pregnancy. I last saw this girl in 2011 when she was our maid and I was surprised when she came back to me a few weeks ago saying I am the father of her child.
"The child is not mine and I want to go for DNA tests to prove that I am not the father" said Tshuma.
In response Ngwenya said "I was employed as a maid at his house. I left in March in 2011 when I was one month pregnant. After skipping my period I told him that I was pregnant and he gave me some family planning tablets, the brown ones to drink so that I can abort. Even neighbours knew about our affair.
'I am prepared to go for DNA tests and I am sure that he is the biological father of the child.
When he slept with me he was taking advantage of my young age as I was 15 and he was pampering me with gifts as a way to buy my consent.
"When his wife was fast asleep, he would sneak from his bedroom coming to the sitting room where I was sleeping and have sex with me. Sometimes he would come in the morning and I am surprised now that he is disputing the paternity of the child" she said.
Tshuma said he could only afford $10 as monthly maintainance.
But the magistrate ordered him to pay $30 pending DNA tests results.
