NUST lecturer beds married student, hubby demands $40K

A NUST lecturer - David Foya who had sex with a married student has been ordered to pay $3 000 to the husband.
Foya is a lecturer with the Faculty of Business.
Her female lover is Judith Moyo and is married to Bongani Ngulube.
Ngulube was awarded $2 500 for contumelia damages and $500 for damages for loss of consortium.
Ngulube has applied for a default judgment against Foya after he reportedly failed to file his plea in a stipulated time in terms of the High Court rules.
Initially, Ngulube had demanded $40 000.
The affair came to light after Ngunule accidentally saw a string of messages on his wife's Whatsapp which she was exchanging with Foya.
In some of the chats, Foya demanded 'hot-sexy' sessions with Judith.
