THERE is no office for the oncoming Zanu-PF annuaul people's conference set to kick off on December 6 this year at the Zimbabwe International Trdae Fair grounds after the Bulawayo City Council has said the former ruling party has deliberately failed and or neglected to follow application procedures for using its facilities at ZITF.
Zanu-PF intends to use the BCC stand at ZITF as its office but has not advised the council about that. Instead the President Robert Mugabe led party has only spoken to ZITF officials.
BCC has said no - there is nothing special about Zanu-PF and the party must apply properly for using its facilities.
