Zanu PF re-instates Masvingo chairman

Zanu PF Masvingo province has re-instated Ezra Chadzamira as the party's provincial chairman.

The decision was announced at a provincial co-coordinating committee meeting held this Saturday.

The decision to re-instate Chadzamira as the province`s chairman was announced during a provincial coordinating committee meeting, which was held after a closed door provincial executive meeting.

Amassah Nenjana, who has been the province's acting chairman announced the return of Chadzamira.

Chadzamira who was suspended last year in February on allegations of insubordination said he is ready to work with the province and set aside any differences.

Speaking at the same meeting, Masvingo Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Shuvai Mahofa urged the province to stay united highlighting that nothing beats team work.

Politburo member Josiah Hungwe applauded the province for the unity they exhibited in the campaign for Beauty Chabaya who won the Bikita West by-election.

Chabaya won the by-election after polling more than 13 000 votes.
