Former Zanu-PF women's league national executive member Hilda Wasiya, who had a brief stint with ZimPF, has rejoined the ruling party.
Mrs Wasiya previously held a post with the ruling party's women's league executive until 2014.
The liberation war veteran, however, jumped ship and joined the opposition, before going back to her roots.
She said she joined the opposition due to frustration after losing her post in Zanu-PF, only to realise the new political organisation had nothing to offer.
She announced her decision to rejoin Zanu-PF in the presence of Zanu-PF politburo member Prisca Mupfumira in Chinhoyi.
Meanwhile, Mupfumira has emphasized the importance of discipline in the party.
She also added that the issue of indiscipline is one of the reasons why most members were booted out of Zanu-PF.
