The Zanu-PF National Secretary for Administration, Didymus Mutasa, says his party expects to win the forthcoming elections as "Zimbabweans now realise the mistake they made in the 2008 harmonised election by voting for the opposition".
Mutasa was addressing the party's leadership and supporters in Nyamaropa district in Nyanga.
He said Zanu-PF is thoroughly preparing for the forthcoming elections and will not take any chances.
Zanu PF Manicaland Provincial Chairperson, Mike Madiro, challenged Zimbabweans to defend their independence and national identity and shun western ideologies being championed by the opposition.
