A political commentator Vince Musewe‎has described the Zanu-PF youth secretary Kudzai Chipanga as the worst among Zimbabweans following his remarks that President Robert Mugabe was th only sole candidate backed by the youth come 2018 elections.

Musewe said these arr the future leaders being groomed by Zanu-PF who do not see the reality of things.

"As far as I am concerned Kudzai Chipanga represents the worst amongst us. He is a clear example of what has gone wrong with Zimbabwe. A degenerate gifted with an exuberant yet empty mind and the inability to comprehend or discern. Prone to incorrigible thoughts and utterances which only help to remove any doubt on his stupidity. These are the future leaders being groomed by Zanu-PF," he said.

Chipanga was quoted as saying President Robert Mugabe is an angel while claiming the 93-year-old leader will be part of those vetting righteous people who will go to heaven.

"Truly speaking, in heaven there is God and here on earth there is an angel called Robert Gabriel Mugabe. You are representing God here on earth," Chipanga said as Mugabe, his wife Grace and Vice-President Emmerson Mnangagwa nodded in disbelief. Other top Zanu-PF officials ululated.

Chipanga said people should not think that he was dramatising by equating Mugabe to an angel.

"But he is an angel. Who doesn't know that God's angels are called Gabriel?" Chipanga rhetorically asked the bemused crowd.

"The Smart Zimbabwe Project has been developed to fix an economy that has been arrested with a leadership deficit. The blueprint seeks to introduce the following key tenets into our developmental trajectory. These are: 1. Introducing a Smart Governance culture 2. Focusing on Smart Social Intervention 3. Building Smart Infrastructure 4. Smart economic reconstruction 5. Smart International re-engagement."

He said the underlying the above are the key pillars or canons of the blueprint and these are: ratcheting up production and enhancing youth and women participation in the mainstream of the economy, restoring Confidence, promoting domestic, foreign and diaspora investment, job creation, inclusive growth, rural transformation, supporting the informal sector including cross border traders and artisinal miners, reviewing the Indigenization Policy which is benefiting Zanu-PF chefs only," he said. "A sound macro-economic balance, re-industrialization, Etc."

He said the document is a must read and at the end of the day the MDC blueprint seeks to transform the economy and restore its past glory as the basket and jewel of Africa.

"Thanks to the MDC leadership led by Morgan Tsvangirai whose vision of a new Zimbabwe the blueprint espouses. Thanks to Nelson Chamisa who is in charge of Policy in the Presidium," he said.
